## 1. Identity, scope, and acceptance

This Company Policy governs access to and use of [nusware.com](https://nusware.com/) (the **Website**). **Nusware** is the brand name used and operated by **Ahmed Khalaf Al-Malki Establishment** (**we**, **us**, or **our**), an establishment registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. References to **Nusware** in this Policy refer to Ahmed Khalaf Al-Malki Establishment trading under the Nusware brand.

This Policy constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and the Establishment in relation to the Website. By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by it. If you do not agree, you must cease using the Website.

This Policy applies to the Nusware corporate Website and to partnership enquiries submitted through or in connection with it. Each Nusware product or service may be governed by separate terms, which prevail in relation to that product or service. If you use the Website on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

## 2. Definitions and interpretation

In this Policy:

- **Applicable Law** means the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- **Content** means all text, designs, software, graphics, marks, files, downloads, and other materials made available through the Website.
- **Establishment** means Ahmed Khalaf Al-Malki Establishment, trading under the Nusware brand.
- **Website** means nusware.com and the pages and materials published on it.
- **you** means any person who accesses or uses the Website.

Headings are for convenience only. Words such as **including** do not limit the words that precede them. A reference to a law includes its amendments, implementing regulations, and replacement legislation.

## 3. The Website

The Website provides information about Nusware, our work, products, brand materials, and ways to contact us. Website content is provided for general information and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice.

We may update, change, suspend, withdraw, or restrict any part of the Website at any time. We may also perform maintenance or take protective action without prior notice where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, complete, or error-free.

## 4. Acceptable use

You must not:

- use the Website unlawfully or in a way that infringes another person's rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its hosting, or related systems;
- introduce malware, harmful code, automated abuse, or an unreasonable load;
- scrape, copy, or reuse Website content in violation of applicable law or this Policy; or
- misrepresent an affiliation with Nusware or use the Website to deceive others.

You must not circumvent security controls; probe or test vulnerabilities without our prior written authorisation; extract data through bots or automated means except as expressly permitted by our published instructions; or use any Content to develop, train, or improve a competing product or automated model without our prior written consent.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the Website, our systems, or other people.

## 5. Intellectual property and feedback

Unless stated otherwise, the Website and its content—including text, visual design, graphics, logos, source material, and other assets—are owned by or licensed to Nusware and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view the Website and make a limited copy for personal, non-commercial reference. No other right or licence is granted. Brand assets offered on our Brand Identity page may be used only in accordance with the guidance supplied with them. **Nusware**, its logos, and product names are trademarks or brand identifiers of Nusware and may not be used in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation without permission.

If you voluntarily send us suggestions, ideas, or feedback, you grant the Establishment a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and incorporate that feedback for any lawful purpose, without an obligation to compensate you. This does not transfer ownership of personal data contained in your communication, which remains governed by our Privacy Policy.

## 6. Partnerships, third-party links, and separate products

We welcome partnership enquiries from people and teams who share our care for useful, well-made software. An enquiry, discussion, meeting, proposal, or exchange of information does not create a partnership, agency, joint venture, employment relationship, exclusivity arrangement, commitment to proceed, or other legally binding obligation for either party.

Any partnership or commercial arrangement with Nusware is subject to a separate written agreement signed by authorised representatives of both parties. That agreement will set out its scope, responsibilities, commercial terms, confidentiality obligations, intellectual-property rights, duration, and any other applicable terms. If it conflicts with this Policy, the separate written agreement prevails for that arrangement.

The Website may link to third-party websites, social platforms, and Nusware products, including nusuq. Links are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, or privacy practices.

Separate terms and privacy notices may govern a Nusware product. When you leave this Website or use a product, review the terms that apply there.

## 7. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Website and Content are provided **as is** and **as available**, without any express or implied warranty, representation, or condition not expressly stated in this Policy. In particular, we do not warrant accuracy, completeness, currency, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that defects will be corrected.

## 8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, neither the Establishment nor its owners, personnel, contractors, or service providers will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings, arising out of or relating to the Website or this Policy, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, even if the possibility of such loss was known.

Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, or any liability, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your statutory rights under Applicable Law remain unaffected.

## 9. Privacy and electronic communications

Our [Privacy Policy](/privacy/) explains how we handle personal data connected with the Website and communications sent to us.

When you contact us electronically, you consent to receiving replies and notices by email or other electronic means, subject to Applicable Law. Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing to the extent permitted by law.

## 10. Changes to this Policy

We may revise this Policy when our Website, practices, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted here with a revised **Last updated** date. Changes apply from the stated effective date.

## 11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website immediately where we reasonably believe that you have breached this Policy, created a security or legal risk, or used the Website unlawfully. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law—will continue to apply.

## 12. General provisions

This Policy and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement concerning use of the Website and supersede prior statements on that subject. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Our failure or delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Policy without our prior written consent. We may assign this Policy as part of a lawful transfer, reorganisation, or succession of the business. No person other than you and the Establishment has a right to enforce this Policy.

## 13. Governing law and disputes

This Policy is governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have jurisdiction over disputes relating to this Policy or the Website, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.

Before commencing proceedings, each party should, where practicable, attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through written notice and reasonable discussions. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent interim relief or exercising a mandatory statutory right.

## 14. Contact and legal notices

Questions or legal notices about this Policy may be sent to **info@nusware.com**. A notice is considered received when actual receipt can reasonably be demonstrated. This email address does not constitute consent to service of judicial process where Applicable Law requires another method.
